I came across Deborah when she was introduced by the funeral director who was organizing my father’s funeral, and what a find she was.

Deborah’s lovely welcoming smile instantly put us at our ease as soon as we met, and by the end of that first meeting we felt we had always known her. She guided us through what would happen on the day, and together we worked on how to make sure Dad had the wonderful send-off he so rightly deserved.

On the day, Deborah conducted a beautiful ceremony and managed to condense Dad’s 95 years of life into a tribute which summed up his busy and fulfilling life, and I’ve received many lovely comments from those that attended.

It was a pleasure to have met Deborah and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to carry out whatever occasion you are planning. She will give you all the time you need to make your day a special one.

Debbie delivered a beautiful service for our daughter’s naming day which was also on her first Birthday. Debbie took time to really get to know us and our daughter leading up to the event and wrote a lovely script which fully captured everything and more we wanted to highlight about our amazing little girl.
Debbie was patient and kind throughout and spoke so eloquently and confidently during our service.

Deborah was brilliant. She was so kind and personable, tactfully teasing out from us stories, little details and anecdotes. Our big day was over two weeks ago now
So we have come down off the mountain and are ready to give a balanced review of our celebrant, Deborah Drane.

We were first introduced to Deborah in January 2024.  Immediately, we were impressed with Deborah's professionalism and warmth.

In the intervening months Deborah's service has been second to none.

Her enthusiasm, support, collaboration, patience, willingness to go the extra mile and a genuine desire to help make our day so special has been prevalent all along.

She was quite simply a shining light and a huge influence on the overwhelming success of the jamboree.

Her clear, crisp tones, storytelling, and narrative skills to address everyone were riveting, entertaining and music to our ears.

Val and myself are very much in her debt and we would unhesitatingly recommend her to other lovestruck couples who have aspirations for a wonderful wedding.

Deborah was the celebrant at our dear family member’s funeral in November 2024.
She was excellent throughout the whole process. She was comforting, compassionate and very professional. Communication was excellent. Her actual delivery at the service was very clear and well presented. We as a family would recommend her services very much. Thank you.

Throughout the whole process Debbie was responsive to questions we asked on our WhatsApp chat. She gave us plenty of support for writing our vows and help with planning the ceremony part of the day.

Debbie's attention to detail during the ceremony, the timings with the music we chose and the whole ceremony was fantastic. Debbie was so flexible (especially with the changeable weather in May) and during the rehearsal the day before went through both indoor and outdoor options with us.
